Las pruebas intradérmicas de evaluación de competencia celular Estudio comparativo entre antígenos clásicos y otros antígenos
Abstract
A comparative study in delay hypersensitivity response to four of the most commonly skin testing antigens: Tuberculina (TU) Candidine (CA), Sterptokinase/ Steptodornase SK/SD) and Mumps virus (MV) with the reponse to others less commonlly used antigens such as mixed-respiratory-antigen MRA) and lysate from Staphylococcus aureus (SL) is presented. The study also analyze the response to Dinitro-Chloro-Bencene (DNCB).Thetested population was formed by 49 healthy voluteers 18 to 23 years old. The results showed 91,8% to positive reactions to MRA, 91,8% to SL, 75% to CA 20.4% to TU, only 6,8%, to SK/SD and 6,1% to MV. The results with DNCB allowed us to recommend this test only for especial cases. The study hereby presented suggest that as far as colombian population concern it would be necessary for skin testing to use four antigens with the highest frequency of positive reactions and those would be MRA, SL, CA, and TU.
