Abstract

An Elisa Urease indirect method was used to identified monoclonal antibodies from mice irnmunized with a soluble antigen obtained from free Plasmodium falciparum merozoites. Athought the monoclonal antibodies were not specific against de P. falcipamm antigen. they were able to identified the protein spectrin from the human eritrocyte cytoskeleton. The paper presents the preparation and standardization of this sensitive system for identification of monoclonal antibodies
