Identificación inmunológica del músculo estriado esquelético entre las especies bovino y equino
Abstract
A simple and realiable immnunological procedure is described to differenciate bovine and equine meat. By means, of a doble imrnunodiffusion test using specific antisera produced in rabbits is possible to achieve the identification of the two species. The inespecificity which appears when the antisera is used in high concentration is overcome by dilution.
