Abstract

Using a combined procedure of polyethilene glycol precipitation and ion exchange chromatography it was possible to recover IgM in a fairly apreciabe amount with a high degree of purity. The method is simple and could be conveniently used in production of IgM as antigen suitable to antisera production.
